Deposit Policy
A non‑refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. This deposit reserves your appointment time and is applied toward your total balance. If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits are not transferable for same‑day cancellations or no‑shows.
Late Fee Policy
Please arrive on time so we can honor your full session. A 10‑minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, a late fee of $10 is automatically added to your balance. After 15 minutes, your session may need to be shortened to protect the next client’s time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice may reschedule once without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no‑shows will result in the loss of your deposit. Repeated cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Silken Moon honors the unique needs of pregnancy. If you are experiencing discomfort, medical appointments, or sudden changes, please communicate with me as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate you with compassion while maintaining fairness for all clients.
